Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Goes Offline – But With a Catch!
Great news for Animal Crossing fans! Following the announcement of the online version's closure, Nintendo has revealed the release date for the anticipated offline version, Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete. The offline title launches on Android on December 3rd.
What's in Store?
The free-to-play Pocket Camp will officially shut down on November 29th. Pocket Camp Complete is a reimagined, one-time purchase version of the game, priced at $9.99 until January 31st, 2025, and $19.99 thereafter. This complete package includes years' worth of seasonal items, events, and content accumulated since the original game's 2017 launch. You'll still enjoy designing your dream campsite with over 10,000 items.
New Features Await!
Pocket Camp Complete introduces exciting new features:
- Custom Camper Cards: Create and share personalized trading cards showcasing your unique style. Choose poses and colors, and exchange cards with other players!
- Whistle Pass: A new hangout spot where you can gather with friends and enjoy activities like guitar jams under the stars.
Existing Pocket Camp players can transfer their save data to Pocket Camp Complete until June 2nd, 2025. While offline, the game will require occasional internet access for time synchronization and account verification. All beloved seasonal events will remain, ensuring year-round fun.
