Countering Victoria Hand

Super Skrull is an excellent counter to Victoria Hand. His synergy with Doctor Doom 2099 decks makes him a valuable tech card against both Victoria Hand and Doom 2099 lineups.

Other counters include Shadow King (removes Victoria's buffs in one lane) and Enchantress (removes all Ongoing effects). Valkyrie can disrupt power distribution by being played in a crucial enemy lane.
