Some reports suggest Victoria Hand might buff cards generated in the opponent's hand or cards that change locations. Whether this is a bug or intended functionality remains unclear. Effective Victoria Hand Gameplay
For successful Victoria Hand deck play:
- Balance card generation and Energy: Aim for a full hand for maximizing Devil Dinosaur's power, while also generating cards and utilizing Victoria's effect. Efficient Energy management is crucial; sometimes skipping a turn to maintain a full hand is preferable to filling the board.
- Use joker cards strategically: Victoria Hand decks produce many random cards. Use these strategically to mislead your opponent and maintain uncertainty about your next move.
- Protect your Ongoing lane: Opponents often target Victoria Hand with tech cards like Enchantress. Counter this by playing Devil Dinosaur and Victoria in the same lane (creating an Ongoing setup) and protecting them with Cosmo.

Countering Victoria Hand
Super Skrull is an excellent counter to Victoria Hand. His synergy with Doctor Doom 2099 decks makes him a valuable tech card against both Victoria Hand and Doom 2099 lineups.
Other counters include Shadow King (removes Victoria's buffs in one lane) and Enchantress (removes all Ongoing effects). Valkyrie can disrupt power distribution by being played in a crucial enemy lane.
