The long-running anime-inspired pirate adventure, Grand Piece Online, is setting sail into February with an exciting mini update for Roblox players. This update introduces the Turtleback Cave island, the Kira fruit, and a range of balance changes to keep the gameplay engaging and fresh.
Grand Quest Games, the developers behind this swashbuckling experience, have released patch notes for this smaller yet significant update. While the new additions might seem limited, they include the highly anticipated Turtleback Cave island and the Kira fruit, both of which promise to enhance the exploration and combat dynamics of the game. Additionally, the update includes a series of balance adjustments designed to maintain a smooth and competitive gameplay experience across the board.
Grand Piece Online's February mini update brings a new island, fruit, and balance changes to the game. You can discover the Turtleback Cave, located north of Rose Kingdom in the Second Sea. Brave adventurers who venture here will encounter a new boss, Juzo the Diamondback. Defeating Juzo rewards players with the Turtleback Armor and Turtleback Helmet. There's also a 5% chance to obtain the Kira fruit and a lower chance to secure a Mythical Fruit Chest. The update also introduces a new player list that displays crew and player names, alongside several crew shop enhancements. These include five new crew shop items, an increase from four to eight total crew shop slots, and the ability to purchase current and past battle pass outfits from the crew shop.
In terms of balance changes, the Arena Storm has been replaced with a new countdown system. Winners in the arena are now determined by the damage dealt and the number of stocks remaining at the end of the countdown. Various fruits, including Tori, Pteranodon, Buddha, Venom, Yuki, Gold, and Zushi, have also received adjustments to ensure a more balanced gameplay experience.
Since its launch in 2018, Grand Piece Online has continued to evolve, and this mini update is a testament to the developers' ongoing commitment to the game as it sails into 2025.
