Star Wars Outlaws Title Update 1.4 Launches November 21st

Star Wars Outlaws' New Creative Director Highlights Three Key Improvement Areas

Ubisoft's new Creative Director, Drew Rechner, announced plans for Star Wars Outlaws' first major post-launch update. This update, described as the "biggest yet," will launch on November 21st, coinciding with the game's Steam release and the debut of its first DLC. The update directly addresses player feedback concerning combat, stealth, and controls, aiming to enhance game mechanics and overall player experience.

Rechner expressed sincere gratitude to the Outlaws community for their positive reception, citing fan art, comments, and videos as examples of enthusiastic support. He specifically acknowledged the constructive criticism received, stating, "Thank you for sharing with us and helping us make the game even better."

Building upon three prior title updates that addressed bugs, refined mission structure, and improved speeder handling (camera and collision), Massive Entertainment is directly addressing major community concerns.

Despite a positive reception, including a 90 score from Game8 which lauded it as "an exceptional game that does justice to the Star Wars franchise," Rechner identified three key areas for further enhancement to elevate the game experience. The developer update details these areas for improvement.
