Simply spell 10 words correctly. The player with the fastest time in the weekly contest wins $100 USD. Become the fastest speller in the monthly contest to win $1,000 USD.
You don’t need to be the fastest speller to win the $100 USD weekly prize either. Anyone aged 13 or older—except where restricted or prohibited—who spells 10 words correctly within 5 minutes is entered into the weekly random drawing. The more you play, the better your chances of winning.
If you misspell a word, use the BACK key to erase the wrong letter. To hear a word again, press the HEAR key. Always press ENTER after spelling each word.
The top 100 fastest players and their game times are displayed on the results page, so you can track whether you or a friend has won—subject to verification under the official SPELLIT® Game Rules.
