Freedom Wars Remastered offers diverse loadout options, but Combat Items, crucial consumables, are often limited. This guide explains how to equip more and acquire additional Combat Items.
Equipping More Combat Items
Increasing your Combat Item capacity requires specific Entitlements. Access these via the "Claim Entitlements" option at the Window On Liberty in your cell. Navigate to the Equipment section, then scroll to the "One-Item Permit." Subsequent permits, acquired sequentially, increase your maximum equipped Combat Items to four.
These permits unlock progressively with story advancement, becoming fully available by CODE level 3. Remember, equipping a stack of a Combat Item (e.g., Frag Grenades) equips your entire current supply for the operation. Additionally, one Combat Item can be equipped via your Accessory, though its use is at your discretion.
Acquiring More Combat Items
After completing initial missions, access The Warren HUB area. Zakka's shop, located on the upper level, sells Munitions (damage-dealing items) and Medical Supplies (healing and support items).
Combat Items are purchased individually, with bulk purchases costing significant Entitlement Points. While Operations sometimes reward Combat Items, this isn't a reliable farming method due to time investment and the possibility of consuming more than you gain. Consider donating excess resources to acquire sufficient Entitlement Points for large Medical Kit purchases if needed.
