Playing R.E.P.O. with friends is awesome, but even the best squads have their weak moments. The monsters in R.E.P.O. are relentless, making reviving fallen teammates a crucial skill. Here's how to bring your buddies back from the brink.

Each round starts with 100 health. Damage comes from monsters and even your own gear (like those Human Grenades!). Health Packs in the Service Station offer healing, and a unique team mechanic lets you share health by interacting with a teammate's health bar. It's a clever system!

Despite your best efforts, sometimes the monsters overwhelm your squad. When a teammate goes down, their head falls to the ground. Locate it—the map shows a small icon matching their character color—to begin the revival process.
Where To Revive Teammates in R.E.P.O.
With the fallen teammate's head in your inventory, head to the extraction point. Drop the head at the point; if you've met the round's loot requirement (check the top right of your screen), your teammate will respawn with 1 HP. They can boost their health by entering the truck.
Alternatively, if retrieving the head proves impossible, starting a new round revives your teammates. Similar to Call of Duty Zombies, this round-based system brings back dead players at the start of a new round. While this leaves your team slightly weaker for the round, it can be strategically advantageous, especially for newer players who can observe experienced teammates in action.
