How does the app work?
In just a few steps, you can purchase and use rotating parking time in BH's Blue Zone:
1 - Find a parking space;
2 - Register in the app in seconds;
3 - Choose the type of rotary parking you wish to use;
4 - Pay for your revolving parking however you prefer, taking advantage of the wide variety of payment methods available in the app.
How do BHTRANS agents conduct inspections?
Traffic agents perform inspections through digital checks using a dedicated App. Therefore, you don't need to place anything on your car's windshield to prove you parked correctly in a blue zone space!
Is the parking price the same?
The price charged is the official rate with no additional fees. You can park your vehicle in a Rotativo space paying exactly what you would have paid for the old printed blue zone ticket.
Will I receive a warning when my time is about to expire?
Yes! The BH Rotary Parking app sends alerts whenever your rotary parking time is nearing its end.
Is it secure?
Yes! All communication between the Faixa Azul BH App and the servers is secure and encrypted, ensuring maximum safety for paying for Rotativo Digital parking quickly and without risk.
How can I prove that I made a purchase through the app?
With Rotativo Digital BH, you can access your complete parking history at any time, including the date, time, and map of all locations where you parked in a Blue Zone space while using Rotativo BH.
